In the interim, these properties are rented.

Frequently the owners can't take proper care of their property because of their busy schedule or because they are not local, in those instances they call upon and experienced property manager like Buffy to manage the property for them.

We advise when the lease is coming due and determine our client's desired objective, informing them of the current market conditions for either continued rental or possible sale.

If a problem arises we confront the problem, advise our client, and resolve it in a fast and efficient manor acceptable to landlord and tenant.

We provide monthly statements of all activity on your property and, perhaps best of all, our entire management fee is tax deductible.
